Michael S. Filip, President, is licensed as an appraiser and real estate salesperson in the State of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, as well as the State of New York. To provide the most accurate reports, we focus on the Lake Region/Pike County in Pennsylvania and portions of northern New Jersey. Out-of-area appraisers can increase turnaround times and often do not possess the geographical competency required to accurately complete an appraisal.

Michael has been involved in all facets of real estate including the renovation and rehabilitation of homes, property management, real estate sales, and the appraising of both residential and commercial properties throughout the tri-state area. Michael holds the highest level of Real Estate Appraiser Certification. Additionally, his qualifications include Certified New Jersey State Tax Assessor, FHA/HUD Approved Appraiser, and Veteran’s Affairs Approved Appraiser.

Michael is part of the Pike/Wayne Association of Realtors, Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors, New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. Being part of these organizations provides opportunities for furthering depth of knowledge and staying up to date with local initiatives and educational resources.
